  • Slow Flow + Restorative

This class provides a transition between the movement and busyness of daily life into stillness of practice. • Yoga for Graceful Aging

This class offers a gentle practice - introducing beginners to breath awareness and foundational postures, and inviting those with prior experience to slow down and deepen their practice. It draws on postures and sequencing found by the Harvard Medical School to be beneficial for those with osteoporosis. Students focus on specific areas of the body, and indirectly specific elements, progressively throughout the coming weeks. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness and coordination with gentle postural movements.

  • Beginner's Yoga

If you’ve been intrigued by yoga but not sure where to begin, this class is for you! We’ll start exactly where you are – whether this is your first class or you’ve done a few online. Through exploring the foundations of yoga – breath awareness, movement, and relaxation – you’ll gently rejuvenate your whole body and invite your mind into a calm focus. This class is a guided practice with ample space for questions and curiosities as they arise.

  • Restorative

A gentle and relaxing form of yoga focused on deep relaxation and tension release. Long held supportive yoga poses promote relaxation, allowing the body to heal and restore itself.

*This class is perfect for beginners, injury recovery and anyone needing time to just simply relax.

  • Yin

Receptivity, allowance, tolerance, reflection, and passivity are the key intuitive aspects of yin. Yin is a great way to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and reduce stress and anxiety. The slow and gentle nature of the practice allows you to tune into your body and cultivate a sense of inner peace and relaxation.

*Yin classes are accessible to beginners through experienced students.
