A moderately-paced flow class which includes Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath work), Mantra (repetition of sound/phrase) and Kriya. Kriya is "evolutionary action". Kriya Yoga releases blockages and facilitates balanced energy through proper use of breath, movement, and intention.
