Low Back Love w/Myofascial Release (MFR)
Show your low back, hips and torso some love and attention with targeted myofascial release (MFR) techniques. This series explores the fascial connections with your body, specifically those that impact the low back region. During these 5 weeks you will explore and discover techniques and tools to help increase range of motion and mobility within the low back. You will learn about fascia, what it is and how it functions as well as specific techniques to rehydrate and mobilize your body. MFR practice can help with pain management, stress reduction, sports recovery and nervous system regulation. Tools and props are provided.

Candlelight Relaxation & Meditation
To support the transition into cooler seasons and shorter days, this class holds space for a slower pace of life. You are invited to discover deep ease within the stillness of savasana through a guided relaxation. Then transition this stillness to the mind in a seated, guided meditation. Come prepared to let your body rest and explore the beautiful complexities of your inner space.

Restorative Yoga & Sound w/ Teresa Moucha
Teresa is a heart-led yoga teacher, artist and Reiki Master. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and certified in Vibrational Sound Therapies. She leads from a place of deep compassion and dedication and is very excited to be collaborating with Pam in this 75 minute restorative/sound class. This class will feature 40 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Teresa will then close the practice with 30 minutes of vibrational sound. Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drum, Chimes and Kalimba will be played.
This practice will allow the gentle movements and vibrations to release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.Sunday, Feb. 15th

Restorative Yoga + Native American Flute Meditation
Join StudiOM and Hoffmann Healing Arts for a 75 minute practice that combines the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga with the soothing sounds of Native American Flute Music. This class will include 45 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Mackee will then close the practice with a 30 minute Native American Flute Meditation while participants rest in savasana.
This practice allows participants to gently release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.

Tending to What Feels Heavy Through Gentle Movement & Sacred Creativity

Beginner's Yoga Series
If you’ve been intrigued by yoga but not sure where to begin, this class is for you!
We’ll start exactly where you are – whether this is your first class or you’ve done a few online. Through exploring the foundations of yoga – breath awareness, movement, and relaxation – you’ll gently rejuvenate your whole body and invite your mind into a calm focus.

Bunny Yoga - Supporting OAHS
Join us in a heartfelt yoga class with adoptable bunnies from the Oshkosh Area Humane Society. Bunny lovers and those who strive to care for all sentient beings are invited to enroll, participate and enjoy time with some of the cutest and often hilariously delightful creatures.
At StudiOM we believe that all creatures everywhere should be happy and free, living with ease and free from harm. Join us on the mat to celebrate and support OAHS.

Yoga Nidra & Sound
Come and experience the powerful effects of Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep. Get your favorite blanket , pillow and eye mask packed and come settle into stillness as Teresa guides you into a deep state of relaxation. All levels welcome. This can be practiced in a chair or on the mat.
This practice encourages the body to heal from within. As vibrations from Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drum and Chimes flow through the body, deep releases can occur and a state of balance can be reached.
