Whether you’re looking to enhance your yoga experience or you’re seeking new experiences, we have workshop opportunities that combine yoga, sound, women’s embodiment and art.   • Bunny Yoga - Supporting OAHS

    Join us in a heartfelt yoga class with adoptable bunnies from the Oshkosh Area Humane Society. Bunny lovers and those who strive to care for all sentient beings are invited to enroll, participate and enjoy time with some of the cutest and often hilariously delightful creatures.
    At StudiOM we believe that all creatures everywhere should be happy and free, living with ease and free from harm. Join us on the mat to celebrate and support OAHS.

    Children must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by an adult. Please bring your yoga mats.

  • Yoga + Art for Mind, Body, & Spirit

    This workshop begins with heart opening yoga to tune into your body and breath. Movement will be followed and led by local artists/educators, Laura Pahlas and Carissa Sorensen of Heartwork Studios for an approachable, process-based art journaling workshop.

  • Meditation Explorations

    In this mini workshop, we explore a specific technique to support your meditation practice. Topics vary to include both preparation for meditation (i.e. meditation postures, use of props, breathing techniques) and meditation styles (i.e. Himalayan, metta, mantra). Each gathering includes an introduction to the technique, informal discussion and practice, and ends with a guided meditation to embody your learning.

  • Gayatri Mantra

    Chanting and mantra meditation are powerful techniques to deepen our practice and inner awareness. Working with the Gayatri mantra invites us into an experience of transformation from within, guided by Divine light. In this session, we will explore the meaning and significance of this sacred mantra, as well as the traditional melody and Sanskrit pronunciation. There will be lots of space for questions, guided practice, and reflection along the way.

  • Journey to the Underworld with Lauri Ann Lumby

    Journey to the Underworld explores shadow and depth work as critical tools for:

    Releasing trauma

    Healing ancestral wounds

    Re-integrating the lost parts of ourselves

    Freeing ourselves from guilt and shame

    Reprogramming harmful conditioning

    In this 90 minute workshop, Lauri Ann Lumby will guide you in an understanding of shadow and depth work, while providing effective tools you can return to again and again for facilitating your own inner healing and transformation.

    Bring yourself, a journal or notebook, and your favorite writing utensils. All else will be provided.

    Lauri Ann Lumby is an educator and a published author with a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology. Lauri’s graduate studies were in the field of shadow and depth work, and she specializes in human development with a goal toward supporting self-actualization.   • Candlelight Relaxation & Meditation

    To support the transition into cooler seasons and shorter days, this class holds space for a slower pace of life. You are invited to discover deep ease within the stillness of savasana through a guided relaxation. Then transition this stillness to the mind in a seated, guided meditation. Come prepared to let your body rest and explore the beautiful complexities of your inner space.

  • Restorative Yoga + Native American Flute Meditation

    Join StudiOM and Hoffmann Healing Arts for a 75 minute practice that combines the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga with the soothing sounds of Native American Flute Music. This class will include 45 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Mackee will then close the practice with a 30 minute Native American Flute Meditation while participants rest in savasana.

    This practice allows participants to gently release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.

  • Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra & Sound

    Join Pam and Teresa on the Winter Solstice for a restorative yoga practice to slow down and reset the nervous system. Pairing restorative asana with Nidra and sound is the perfect way to transition out of the darkness and into the light. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that invites the mind into deep rest. Restore through gentle movements during asana and relax into Nidra. As the body and mind are at rest, the vibrations release tension and anything that is no longer needed as we transition to brighter days.

  • Yoga Nidra & Sound

    Come and experience the powerful effects of Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep. Get your favorite blanket , pillow and eye mask packed and come settle into stillness as Teresa guides you into a deep state of relaxation. All levels welcome. This can be practiced in a chair or on the mat.

    This practice encourages the body to heal from within. As vibrations from Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drum and Chimes flow through the body, deep releases can occur and a state of balance can be reached.

    You deserve to nurture yourself and take time to calm the nervous system. Turn off the distractions so you can pause to listen to your inner voice.

  • Bhakti Bliss New Year Reset

    Join StudiOM and Inner Sun Yoga in a New Year Reset with gentle yoga, live music, mantra, and a soothing savasana!

    Refresh your body through asana, breath work,mantra and a blissful relaxation self-care practice. Restore your mind/body connection through a soothing savasana steeped in sound vibration.
    Guided by Pam Anderson and Deb Sommerhalder, this mini-retreat will offer time and space to set your intention for the coming year.

    Class is 90-minutes with community social, tea and snacks to follow.
