The slow and gentle nature of the practice allows you to tune into your body and cultivate a sense of inner peace and relaxation.

Hatha Flow & Hatha Flow +Sound
Slow Hatha Flow: Slow to moderate-paced class focused on physical postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama). This practice is designed to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
Hatha Flow+ Sound: Adding to the above experience is the inclusion of sound and vibration to gently guide you toward calming the mind and reducing stress. This class is further enhanced with a tranquil Sound Bath Savasana!
